As a consulting infrastructure architect and senior systems administrator, I specialize in helping organizations save time and money using advanced UNIX and Linux automated systems administration tools and techniques. My prior clients include IBM, AT&T, Chase Manhattan, NASA, Cisco, and Netscape.

You can often find me in the #infrastructures channel on irc.infrastructures.org between the hours of 1900-0700 UTC.

I maintain Infrastructures.Org, where you'll find a description of some of the methods I use when designing, building, or migrating enterprise infrastructures.

I'm currently working on a reference implementation of a service derivatives decision market. Among other things, service derivatives traded in decision markets may offer IT organizations cleaner service models versus traditional chargeback and SLA mechanisms.
